About
Objective: The Inventory of Key Innovation Assets project is dedicated to the creation of an Innovation Asset Inventory of key innovative assets to be used by regional partners to gain a greater understanding of the organizational assets available to foster innovation and entrepreneurship across the California Innovation Corridor. To this end, the project will inventory the key space, science, research and development entities (government, academia and industry) within the Corridor, using and design an existing searchable online platform accessible to all economic and workforce development, education stakeholders, and the public. Additionally, it will ensure sustainability of data captured by requiring platform capability through an automatic updating feature. Desired Outcomes: - Identification and profiling of a minimum of 140 Corridor Innovation Assets (Federal and private Research and Development labs, military installations, college/university research centers and private companies). - Add the 140 profiles to Connectory.com. Design an economic development resource database tool (Corridor Innovative Asset Portal) to house the 140 profiles, as a Corridor Portal.
