3.14 Deliverables
Objective: The Learning Collaboratory is a compendium of training and best practices on new and innovative approaches to building partnerships in support of an innovation eco system. Outcomes: - Development of web-based trainings on new and innovative workforce and economic development strategies and on innovative approaches for building partnership investment in demand-driven training. Development of a self-assessment tool for Local WIBs, informed by the Council on Competitiveness's monograph on "Measuring Regional Innovation." Development and execution of a mid-project and final surveys to assess success. Development of five monographs providing strategic guidance to target communities and stakeholders about how effectively to engage innovative best practices within the CIC sustainability framework. Development of a Social Networking Study to look at the relationships among WIBs, local partners, State agencies, and the role of the Wired grant.
