Objective:
The goal of the Systems Engineering Training project is to develop and execute an outreach program to California Innovation Corridor businesses regarding systems engineering training programs across the Corridor region. After having developed and implemented a needs assessment survey for the course, the Project will develop a training course, curriculum, supporting website, and outreach concept for the program suitable for current engineers.

Desired Outcomes:
- With partners, attract 100 working engineers into system engineering training program by developing an outreach program orienting industry, the entrepreneurial sector, and government employers and employees about system engineering training opportunities.
