Objective:
The Outreach Plan to Supplier Contacts project aims to educate 3,000 supply companies in the California Innovation Corridor about the "smart supplier" resources available to them. It will develop materials and execute an outreach plan, leverage distribution via other Corridor outreach efforts, and also leverage Employment Training Panel (ETP) investments. Desired Outcomes:
- Educate 3,000 supplier companies about smart supplier resource providers in the Corridor.
- Educate these supplier companies about ETP funding opportunities.
- Assess the dollar value of Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development (WIRED) ETP contracts approved, funds earned by companies through WIRED ETP outreach efforts, and company contributions in training programs as in-kind contributions to the WIRED grant.
