Kenneth E. Dozier, Jr.
Executive Director
Western Research Application Center (WESRAC)
Kenneth E. Dozier, Jr. now serves as the Executive Director, Western Research Application Center (WESRAC). Previously, he was the Executive Director of the Engineering Transfer Center and Executive Director for NASA Far WestRTTC.
His professional experience spans involvement with several notable educational institutions that include the University of Southern California, School of Engineering; Los Angeles, California; ED>Net, California Community Colleges; and, California State University, Los Angeles, California (Minority Institution).
Mr. Dozier, has co-written articles with colleague David Chang that have appeared in publications that include “The Impact of Information Technology on the Temporal Optimization of Supply Chain Performance” in the Proceedings of the 40th Annual Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences; “The Effect of Company Size on the Productivity Impact of Information Technology Investments” in the Journal of Information Technology Theory and Application, 8:1 (2006); and, “Temporal and Focal Optimization of Technology Transfer in a Supply Chain” in Advancing Innovation and Entrepreneurship: Proceedings of the Technology Transfer Society(T2S) at the 27th Annual Conference, held at Kauffman Foundation, Kansas City, Missouri, in 2005. In addition, he wrote a book titled Pspice Solutions to Electronic Design published by McGraw-Hill.
Mr. Dozier has myraid honors and associations that include noteworthy acknowledgments in association with the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS); Association for Information Sciences (AIS); Society of Engineers for Motion Pictures and Television (SEMPTE); 1999 California Senate Applied Competitive Technologies Excellence in Leadership; 1993 UAS Award for Distinguished Research, Scholarship, and/or Creative Activity; Tau Beta Pi Honor Society; and, Eta Kappa Nu Honor Society.
He holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California; an MBA from the University of California; and, a Ph.D, ABD, in Information Science from The Claremont Graduate School, California.
