State of California Employment Training Panel (ETP)

Charles Lundberg is the Economic Development Director of the State of California Employment Training Panel (ETP).  Charles has been with the Panel for over 16 years, and is responsible for directing the marketing efforts of ETP statewide.  These efforts include managing marketing contracts with groups such as the California Manufacturing & Technology Association and the California Labor Federation.  His responsibilities also include Public Relations and Media contact for ETP, as well as being a liaison to external organizations and other state agencies.

Prior to joining ETP, Charles was a Product Manager with a medical software company, managed nurse training programs in the long-term care industry, and taught English in Japan.   He has an undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from California State University, Sacramento.
